"Traditional philosophical phenomenology (Husserl, Heidegger) feels called to go back "to the things themselves", the true nature of phenomena. Because this is viewed in terms of an "eidos" or essence of something existing inherently, it remains essentialist (substantialist). "

B. By merit system and course accreditation
C. By merit system
D. By government examinations
the answer is A that is according to the reviewer published by Dr. Jewish Araneta-Merin
My answer would be letter D because it was confucius who introduced the civil service examinations
DeleteIt's D. I'll go with the government examinations. We've discussed it already.

ReplyDelete6. Which Filipino trait works against the shift in teacher's role from teacher as a fountain of information to teacher as facilitator?
ReplyDeleteA. Authoritativeness
B. Authoritarianism
C. Hiya
D. Pakikisama
I dont get why the answer for this item is hiya.. It doesnt make any sense at all... i strongly believe the answer for this item would be letter a. but please do make clarifications
Authoritativeness and Authoritarianism are not Filipino traits. So we only have C and D to choose from. And the question is about the TRAIT that works AGAINST... so the answer is letter C. I just think so..
Delete21. Your teacher is of the opinion that the world and everything in it are ever changing and so teaches you the skill to cope with change. What is his governing philosophy?
ReplyDeleteA. Idealism
B. Existentalism
C. Experimentalism
D. Realism
Sa tanong na ito nagugulohan po ako bakit existentialist po ang sagot. parang nawalan po ako ng tiwala sa site na ito kung accurate ba ito o hindi..
hindi ba experimentalism ang sagot dito...
pwede pakiexplain po
For me, the given answers are not correct it should be progressivism. Wherein, teacher serves as a facilitator so that students will be able to cope with the principle "the constant thing in life is change"
DeleteThis should clear any uncertainties
DeleteINFINITHINK
The answer is existentialism.
Deleteyes, existentialist nga sagot ko jan..check nman ako xa review namin.

DeleteOn number 13...
ReplyDeleteCan i asked why is it "part-whole", because from my reviewer ....two of my reference state that combinatorial is the answer. Can you clear it? Thanks.
for number 13, Letter C is correct..
DeleteTeacher T taught a lesson denoting ownership by means of possessives. He first introduced the rule, then gave examples, followed by class exercises, then back to the rule before he moved into the second rule. Which presenting technique did he use?
the point is "before going to the next rule. therefore, you should have a short generalization before going to the next.
For number 11.. your question talks about
ReplyDeleteSummarizing the lesson EXCEPT..? why your answer is "B" and that should be letter "C". For clarification only.
We have the same concern..
Delete11. A teacher's summary of a lesson serves the following functions, EXCEPT
A. it links the parts of the lesson
B. lt brings together the information that has been discussed
C. it makes provisions for full participation of students.
D. it clinches the basic ideas or concepts of the lesson.
Why is "B" the answer? Letter C is the correct one! The stem says "EXCEPT" and the summary of the lesson does not guarantee full participation of the students.
Please make sure your answers are accurate before posting. Thanks :)
can i ask a favor? please don't highlight the answer to make it more challenging to your readers since this is part of a review, a preparation for the actual LET exam. Simply put the right answer after each questions and please insert the explanation to the right answer to avoid confusion on part of the readers.
ReplyDeletethank you for your kind consideration.
item #17, why is it the answer is standardized test? does performance test matters with competence?? please explain further. thank you ;)
ReplyDelete18. "A" is the correct answer...

A. it links the parts of the lesson
B. lt brings together the information that has been discussed
C. it makes provisions for full participation of students.

Your teacher is of the opinion that the world and everything in it are ever changing and so teaches you the skill to cope with change. What is his governing philosophy?
ReplyDeletea. Idealism
b. Existentalism
c. Experimentalism
d. Realism
For the experimentalist, the world is an ever-changing place. The experimentalist openly accepts change and continually seeks to discover new ways to expand and improve society.
sa reviewer ko b ang sagot existentialist, palagay ko po "Cope with the change" ang highlight sa tanong na yan. di ba for existentialist "life is what you make it'?. maybe this is the reason why the teacher wanted her/his students to learn to cope with changes that happens in the world.
