Every parade is operated by a guy wearing hardhat, neon orange vest and boots.. The parade will stop or proceed depending on the raised flag of the operator.. Red for stop and green for proceed...
Most of the town organized a parade for both lanes of the road to make sure that everyone will enjoy the pleasure and fun in the parade while travelling to Baguio or Manila...
